Discovering the process through the process of discovery
Sometimes a break happens
Consistency is expected from Machines,
Dead things are consistent,
The rhythm of consistency feels safe
To be alive is to feel unsafe in some way,
No one is alive and yet fully safe
You can see music in the rhythm of being alive
Each alive being has their own beat, a pattern and their own beautiful song
It is a thin line between utter chaos and absolute order
An imperfect marriage between madness and sanity
Always striving for the right amount of disorder
We wish there was a formula for it,
We wish someone could tell us what is the right amount of disorder for us,
There are only hints and no answers
Discovering the process through the process of discovery
We are both the connoisseurs and the performers of this Jazz concert.
Centre For Conversations was on a break. We had other things in our life demanding our attention. During this part of our journey we were frequently reminded of our inactivity on this intimate platform of ours. Some of us contemplated how this could be the end of this space. While it is disappointing, sometimes an end seems like one of the most healthy choices. However this is not an end. We are just acknowledging the organic break that happened during our journey with the Centre for Conversations. This break had its own beauty, rhythm and music to it. Revitalised from this break we are quite excited to start new conversations with you. This is a conversation too. A conversation about breaks. Tell us about the breaks that you have taken and what they have been like. Thank you for being here.

This is not me
I suddenly felt it in the most unexpected place. I was sitting in a room full of people at an auditorium. People had gathered here to attend an event. It was a mix of old and the young with the old outnumbering the young. I was tired with the circumstances of my life...
